(14/2/2009) Depart Ho Chi Minh City at 08:00 in the morning for a drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Leaving the bustling city behind the scenery begins to change; first to lush rice paddies, then to rubber plantations, and finally to villagers drying noodles by the side of the road and going about their daily chores. On arrival start the visit with the Ben Dinh or Ben Duoc sections of the tunnel. Here you can imagine what it was like to be a guerrilla complete with Russian Carbine rifles

(14/2/2009) Cai Be Floating Market is a famous place in Mekong Delta, here the Tien River forms the border between Tien Giang, Vinh Long and Ben Tre Provinces. Every day, approximately 400 -500 boats filled with fruits, vegetables and other products anchor a long the banks of the river, waiting for traders and customers. The merchandise sold in each boat is hung on a high pole in front of the boat as a sample to attract customers from a distance.

(14/2/2009) Our driver and tour guide will meet and pick up at your hotel at 8:30am for the journey east of Hanoi (approximately 3 to 3,5 hours) to Halong City, the gateway to Halong Bay. En route you will pass fields of busy workers farming their rice fields using traditional methods of cultivation. You will arrive Halong Bay at 12:00pm.

We will begin our day by visiting Uncle Ho, learning about his great life at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, and his residential place. Next stop is the nearby Temple of Literature. The site of Vietnam´s first University, built in twelfth century, to teach the royals the Confucius theory. Here we will also have a chance to see a traditional music performance.

Halong Bay was awarded by UNESCO as a natural heritage in 1994 .This four hour drive will show you the diversity of the North Vietnam villages and rice fields along the journey.In evening ,transfer to hotel for check-in.

(20/2/2009) After breakfast, a one and half hour drive takes you to Cu Chi where human knowledge has been enriched by experiencing an web-like tunnels system of more than 200km in length which used to be the shelters of guerrillas during the war against American troops .Return to Ho Chi Minh for buffet lunch. After lunch, transfer to Vung Tau.

(22/2/2009) After breakfast , drive to Tam Coc and climb board a tiny boat for a peaceful cruise up the river (Tam Coc was known as Halong Bay on land ). Tam Coc is best explored by boat as there are a series of interlink caves and rowing through these natural marvels is quite a thrill. Then, visit to Bich Dong (Blue grotto) . (22/2/2009) After breakfast, take Vung Tau city tour including Christ Hill (St. Jacque Janerio) , 18 meters high Goddess of Mercy , Thuy Van beach and Whale Temple dedicated to whales considered as the rescuing gods for Vietnamese fisherman in the east sea. Lunch at local restaurant before returning to Ho Chi Minh city with visit to War Museum, China Town , Thien Hau Temple
